Problem with CM/ECF adding Creditor i n order file=20

Nothing like another wonderful example of how CM/ECF is supposedly
making things more efficient for the attorney....
I tried calling the help desk, but just was connected to voicemail
and of course they did not call back before 4:00 p.m.

that you have no authority to perform that function. At that point,
you have to call the help desk and give them the info on the creditor,
and after they add it, then you can proceed to file the claim as you
will then find the creditor name to click on to file the claim. I
knows this because it happened to me twice, and thank God I tried to
file ahead of the bar date so that when it took the help desk more than
one day to do it, I was still timely with the claim. I guess if the
debtor didnt list the creditor (or named them incorrectly), you have
to go through all this. Very irritating and doesnt make much sense
but thats how it is.

Proof of Claim
I am trying to file a proof of claim. The creditor was not listed
in the creditor list filed by the debtor so I cannot file the proof of
claim until the creditor is added in the system. The CM/ECF manual says
to select the Add creditor hyperlink. I cannot find any such hyperlink
in CM/ECF. Does anyone know where that link is located?
