If a ch. 7 case is refiled after dismissal, does the same trustee get assigned
Trustees are hired by the US Trustee. When I was on the panel, we were assigned to cases by the last number of the case, but now I am not privy to the method of assingment. However, the court does not assign trustees, so likely they still are assigned to cases adjudicated by all of the judges in their district.
