For example, if I file and serve a motion and notice on Saturday, do I
start counting the 24 days beginning with Sunday? What if I file and serve
on Sunday? My postal meter will stamp Sunday's date, but I don't know
whether that counts when USPS doesn't work on Sundays - could I have really
"served" it on Sunday?
I reviewed FRBP 2002, the local rules, and Appendix I to the Court Manual.
I don't want to get this wrong; your guidance is appreciated.
