Just because the standard order says that does not mean it is legally
correct in all circumstances for such language to be included in the
order. It is not frequent that I see purchase money junior trust
deeds lien stripped.

proof of claim." So it would seem if the plan is not a 0% plan , the
jr. stripped trust deed holder will be paid some amount.
