Credit reports are hearsay and not admissible under any exception for
most judges, although I personally think it is reliable information.
You can wait for a Proof of Claim or have someone testify to their
accounting such as their CPA.

Have never had trouble quite like this - cannot seem to get a statement from Chase regarding the total balance owed on the first mortgage. What they send has all the monthly payment info, but not a balance. Called them numerous times. Ostensibly they are finally going to provide it, but if they can't, will anything else suffice, such as the credit report?
