Not a scam, but wholly cow!
In light of all the para legal scams, I thought I'd ad my 2 cents. I was doing a consult w/a prospective client. At the end, he
shared some of his other 'atty' consultations.. In 1, the atty didn't call him back the next day, so PC called the atty back and
told him he's still thinking about bk and hadn't made up his mind. The attorney actually told PC he was "stupid" for not filing.
In the other, the atty told him that creditors can go after you 'in perpetuity'.
There is so much misinformation and crap going on out there, it's no wonder clients shy away from attorneys. I am proud to
be a part of such a great org. where attorneys actually want to give correct advice and care about their clients.
No - didn't get their names. Didn't really want to.
