Does TD Auto Finance (Formerly Chrysler Financial) repo post bk current loans?

TD Auto Finance is the successor name to Chrysler Financial when it was bought out by Toronto-Dominion Bank. Does TD Auto Finance maintain Chrysler Financials policy of repossessing vehicles that are current if not reaffirmed in the bk?
