PC is a 62 year old who needs to protect about $100,000 inheritance. that is all she has. No house, husband, now living in a facility, developed dementia and created the financial mess while she was away as a care giver for parents who passed away about 1 year ago, and adult son, living with an uncle, also has a disability so is
not a fully functioning adult.
