Aki is seeking CDCBAA endorsement of the revised Chapter 13 plan that
came out of the recent meeting. If you have any (further) suggestions,
kindly let me know and I'll get back to him with them. Then we'll see if
we can get our group to endorse that. If we don't hear any further
proposed changes in a week or so, we'll presume it's accepted as-is.
Personally, I think it makes things simpler than the existing plan by
getting rid of the "Pot" plan option, clarifying a few things that may
have confused, consolidated a couple of the subclasses (3B and 5C), and
no longer a need to list the impacted code section(s) in an Amended
Plan. There are other changes, but review for yourself.
