Best way to assure that as debtor's attorney you get paid attorney

Hi all,
I have a client in a chp 13 who is going to have to sell his home in a
short sale. Debtor doesn't have money. Bank will probably not agree to
debtor's fees to get a short sale approved.
Can realtor and buyer agree to partial payment of attorney fees and costs?
Have any of you encountered this situation and found a good option for
assuring you get end up getting paid for your efforts?
