Look at following cases for proposition that in a no-asset, no bar date case failure to schedule a creditor does not affect dischargeability of the claim:
Beezley, 994 F2d 1433
Nielson, 383 F3d 922
I believe there's also another 9th circuit case named Staffer that talks about reopening cases to file non-dischargeability complaints (laches argument was made and rejected against reopening a case and unscheduled creditor was allowed to reopen to file such an action).
