Work with Aki on it then. Remember the reasoning is that this could be a
preference payment since all the other unsecureds must go in the plan.
This could work out for your client.

Yes. I have and it depends upon the TRUSTEE. Dockery's office held the
case where the Debtor intended to pay their student loans outside the plan.
