I did read 522(f). I didn't see anything about figuring cost of sale but I
thought I'd put this to the group. In a chapter 11 where there WILL
BE a sale of debtor's primary residence, and a purchase and sale agreement
has been executed, and the sale will be subject to overbid, (and not just a
hypothetical sale), when looking to potentially avoid a judgment lien in
whole or in part, do I figure cost of sale before the debtor's homestead?
