IMPORTANT! New committee to propose a LBR on Limited Scope of Appearances

Judge Jury and Judge Tighe appeared before the Bar Advisory Board to inform the Bar Representatives that they are looking to create a committee to investigate creating a LBR in the CDCA regarding creating minimum standards and disclosures regarding the limited scope of appearance in Chapter 7 cases.
I have attached the recent decision in In re: Seare, a recent 9th Circuit BAP decision dated August 25th that has a concurrence opinion by Judge Jury. It is approximately 55 pages. For our immediate purposes, the key paragraphs are listed at the bottom of page 4 through page 6 at the end of the decision in Judge Jury's concurrence opinion.
