This is probably state specific. This is in CA.
Chapter 11 client. I have a fee order for a certain amount. It's actually
an interim fee order. I have a certified copy. Case was dismissed. Can I
ethically record this against my former client's house in order to collect?
Is an interim order sufficient, or do I need to have a judgment or a final
fee order?
