Yes, if you file for ABC, LLC that will invoke the automatic stay. Be sure
to fax a copy of the notice of stay to whatever phone number the foreclosure
trustee has for bankruptcy notices (they all have one).
As to your second question, I'll defer on that, and I think you should as
well until you see the loan documents and who signed it. If it was an
officer of ABC, LLC I think the lender at the very least has some equitable
arguments as to its validity.

When you fax in the notice of bk, make sure you include a copy of the deed and make an affirmative statement of ownership and the protection of the auto-stay.
