You may be thinking of the section at the end of 523 for attorney fees where
the debt is consumer debt, creditor loses, and didn't have substantial
justification, etc. Don't know of a similar section for 727 actions.

David - Could be wrong but I think it's just 9011. Recall the old creditor
gambit of filing a 523/727 complaint and then offering to dismiss their
bogus 727 if the debtor stips to a settlement on their equally bogus 523.

No, it's not 9011. There was a specific provision dealing with this issue
