Arizona Deficiency Statutes

arizona changed their deficiency law last year. They now allow deficiencies against persons who do not live in the property foreclosed.

Jeff- I looked at one of these issues a number of years ago. At that
time, AZ law did allow for deficiency collection against the borrower after
non-judicial foreclosure.
