That is exactly where I went as well. They fixed the problem, but it took
several days to figure out what they did. They then realized the screwed up
all of Calfiornia.

I know, I initially caught the problem. They have a fix. It can be manually
installed on your computer, but tech support does not know much. I went
through customer service after I complained. Also, new cases will not
print. The problem in 9.02 also effects those. I told the higher ups at
Colliers that being 9 days late with a mandatory update for the Dec 9 forms,
then screwing everyone up is less than good form. They gave me personal
attention and fixed the problem with my database. 9.02 now works fine,
until the new Dec 19th change to b22 comes out. There is supposed to be a
fix with than.
I like topform and don't want to switch, but they are really getting sloppy
and very, very late with updates. I was getting deficencies from ECF
because my Statement of Intentions and Notice were not the new forms.

I had some problems initially, butnot the one you described. My system would only allow one user to access the program running on my server. I had to uninstall the prior version(9,0) and then install 9.01 andthen 9.02. Now it is working fine. I typically need to work myway up the Top Forms technical support levels to 2 or 3 to quality help.

Beware:

If you have not done so yet, do not install the 9.02 patch. Apparently
there is a "known flaw" that prevents transfer of the data base to an existing
file in 9.02. The effect is that you cannot access existing files.
newly entered cases seem to be ok in 9.02.

The flaw only affects the CDCA. Of course there is no warning on the posted
patch for CDCA users not to install it. The time estimate for the new patch
is 3 weeks. In the meantime, they are referring users to the court website
to manually input the new forms as the "work around".
