that contains step-by step pictures rolling out additional docketing entry codes for Ch13 Plans with specific provisions. These codes are being instituted by the Court in order to capture additional data needed to be reported to the AO. The purpose of these new docketing entry codes is to assist the Court in its yearly reports.
