C13 Treatment of 2nd trust deed about to be stripped
I am about to file a chapter 13 in which I will strip a 2nd trust deed.
1. Does a debtor need to make payments on the 2nd trust deed until it is
stripped?
2. Does the chapter 13 plan need to provide for the 2nd trust deed that is
about to be stripped?
