complaint filed after report of no assets but before case closed

Chap. 7 trustee issued report of no assets requesting that he be
discharged. Shortly thereafter, a complaint was filed in Superior Ct.
against debtor based on a real estate dispute. Should I amend the
creditor matrix listing the new creditor/plaintiff, or is it sufficient
to simply send the petition to the creditor/plaintiff?
