Reaffirmation of 1st trust deed mtg loan
Good Morning
Can a first trust deed mortgage lender go after a debtor in CA for a
deficiency balance if the debtor reaffirmed the debt in chapter 7 then
defaulted in the future?
And Can the lender do a judicial foreclosure after a reaffirmation is
approved and go after the debtor for any kind of a defeciency balance?
I have never seen one in 15 years. Has anyone else? and what is the
law on it??
