BOA originally removed $891 from Debtor's personal bank account pursuant to an unpaid business credit card account..no notice, no lawsuit.
Tried many times to speak with the right person at BOA to get $891 returned to Debtor that was listed and exempted. Went no where fast and the case closed. Now BOA is asking for Debtor to call them directly.
Thoughts from the group? Anyone want to go after BOA?
