Hello fellow bankruptcy toilers: My client has a vehicle, an ATV tricked out for farm work, that he does not wish to keep since filing his chapter 7 case. It has a note and no equity. He has called the lender and tried to ask how to have them repossess it. The lender has not responded. He is now moving, and has no room to keep the vehicle. He has tried to sell it, but alas, few people in SoCal want a small farm vehicle. Do any of you know what he should do with it? - John D. Faucher 818/889-8080
