FW: Best efforts - Can we transfer the boat?

Whoa, as a sailboat owner I have spent years on waiting lists for slips. Surrendering the slip may be more expensive than keeping it. At $510 a month you are probably talking about a 35 -40 foot boat which means you cant allow transfer of the slip with the boat unless its a probate so gifting it to the daughter may not work. Most marinas do not allow the slip to be transferred by the renter because of the long waiting list of people waiting to get into the marina.
Is it possible within the ch13 plan to accept a monthly stipend from the daughter/family for the upkeep of the boat?
