VW: Assumption of vehicle lease in Ch. 7
Has anyone had any problems with debtors who do NOT assume their vehicle
lease with VW in a Ch. 7 case? Does VW repossess if no assumption is
entered into? Or, to put it another way, is there a benefit to the
debtor to enter into said agreement?
