I thought an Adversary kept a bk case open and debtor won't get their
discharge until the adversary is final.
Debtor filed a 7, adversary objecting to creditor's discharge of their

case was discharged. Is this right?

Yes, the discharge order excludes the debts in pending 523 actions.
Discharge is withheld if there is a pending 727 complaint or unexpired extension
to file 727 claims.

(I've also seen the clerk close the case while 523 A/P is pending, which
is not correct.)
