522(f) Motion filed with Judge Kwan in Santa Ana - Appraisal of real property required?

Dear Listmates,
Our office is filing two 522(f) motions for a client in a pending Chapter 7 case. Does Judge Kwan require an appraisal of the real property on 522(f) motions, assuming there is no objection to the motion?
As you know, the form 522(f) motion mentions an appraisal. Thus far, we have always requested that our clients get appraisals for 522(f) motions, but if they are not necessary with Judge Kwan's chambers that would be very helpful to know.
