pre-paid legal clients

Has anyone had a 3rd party pay for their services, such as a pre-paid legal type service? I've received a Chapter 7 client that way, and the referral service/company will pay me after the filing. Question is, how do we disclose that payment? I believe the clients pay for the prepaid legal type service, and once your legal services are complete, that company pays you. Is anyone familiar with this type of arrangement?
