So he kept someone else's funds in a bank account in which he was
signatory, as he was doing the property management for this HB2 entity.
Not his money. I've done claims of exemption before, but not sure that
is the applicable process, and I probably am conflicted. I don't have
the time to deal with this even if I wasn't conflicted.
Does anyone want to represent the ex-partner in this matter? If so,
please contact me off list, by email preferably.
