Anyone Available to appear on a lien strip motion in SFV today at 1:30?

I have a lien strip motion set for hearing today at 1:30 in Judge Kaufman's court. I have a conflict, but thought that either appearance would be waived, or I could appear telephonically. Appearance was not waived and it was too late to schedule court call by the time the tentative came out last night. Tentative is to deny. I would like to ask for a continuance to give proper notice.
