atty for loan mod?
Probably asked and answered, but I have a PC, who is an attorney, who wants to pay someone to either represent her or provide interactive assistance in calling Chase and following up to get a loan mod.
Foreclosure notice just recorded 3/16 (only three payments plus the December tax instalment is delinquent); she is underwater probably $150-200K on the first, and plus $75K on the second, and wants to keep the house.
The loan mod is not my thing.
Can you help this client?
