Thanks for all the help. I was able to change Judge Aharts mind on the tentative and he granted my motion.

"Attention: President or Managing Partner" - I usually say "President or
Corporate Officer" but since this is a partnership, I believe a partner
would need to be served, but maybe the "Managing Partner" would be the
appropriate person.

You may want to look at my posting from last week on Judge Kaufman's
proceedures and relating to the analysis ofBank of America, N.A. vs
itssisterentity BAC Home Loan Servicing, LP.
BAC Home Loan Servicing, LP is not an insured depository
institution and you are not require to serve it pursuant to FRBP
7004(h), but only according to FRBP 7004(b)(3). If you
servedBACHome Loan Servicing, LP via itsagent for service of
process, that is valid service pursuant to FRBP 7004(b)(3) and you
may just need to show the judge that it is not an Insured Depository
Institution with a printout from the FDIC websitereflecting its
absense. If you served Bank of America, NA.'s agent then that was
not valid service on BAC Home Loan Servicing, LP. If youneed to
reserve and do not know the nameof the President/CEO, you may want
to call and ask for the name or just address itto the title,
ieAttn: CEO or otherresponsible LP officer/managing agent.have served the title sans the officer's name without problems.
