Subject: [cdcbaa] Reaffirmation of credit cards as a precondition to
reaffirmation of a car loan
Credit union is insisting that the client debtor reaffirm two credit cards it
issued as a precondition to reaffirming its car loan. Has anyone encountered
this fact pattern before? Are judges approving this?
