Hi Everyone,
I have a debtor who completed a course in Personal Financial Management and received a cert. of completion about a year ago in his Ch. 13 case. He converted to Ch.7 and a new notice was issued to complete the FM course in his Ch. 7 case. Does he need to re-file his CH. 13 FM cert. or take the course again?
