Legal separation vs. Divorce for filing Ch. 7 filing
Guess I was focused on the income, but Jason is correct. CP is still CP
until it is divided by the Court.

Just asking: Isn't all the community property, still community property
until a decree divides it? If so, the spouses' assets would still be
included.
