Many of you have had questions about Judge Klein's continuance policy for confirmation hearings where there is a lien avoidance action pending.
For the May 12th and May 17th calendars, Judge Klein has agreed to permit the Trustee to recommend continuances from the confirmation hearing for matters where the lien avoidance action has not been resolved.
