Note that the State may recoup the $3,500 down the line if the client would
otherwise get State benefits. You may want to warn the clients about that;
otherwise, they tend to think you should've known and told them.

There is no Code section to point to that shows it is nondischargeable based
upon your statement that there was no fraud or misrep by the PC

I have a P.C. That received a notice from the state that they were overpaidabout $3500 in food stamps.
Can anyone point me to the code section to determine if this is dischargeable.
