Bank of America - Freeze of Accounts?
Has anyone heard of BofA following Wells Fargo in turnover of funds to the Trustee from the checking or saving account following a Bankruptcy Filing?
I know Union Bank and Wells Fargo do...however, I was told BofA does as well. In my experience I have not had a issue with this but if its a practice that is being done, then I would like to prepare my Clients.
