No, if you want to amend plan, file a motion to amend. A confirmed plan must be confirmed by a judge. Just filing a new plan is meaningless.

Hi All:
Question: Confirmed Chapter 13 Plan. Case is about 1/2 year old. Debtor's mortgage payment goes up $61 per month, told it is increased escrow charges, however, property taxes have not gone up. I did not provide for the Addendum in the plan and would like to know the procedure for adding it to the plan. Just file an amended confirmed plan with the wording in the last page that the addendum is included now? Thanks for your help in advance.
