Appearance Attorney for Status Conference and Motion Hearing in Los
I need an appearance attorney for a status conference and motion hearing in
Los Angeles tomorrow. One is a status conference in a Chapter 11 case and
the second is a hearing on a motion to approve a loan modification in a
Chapter 7 case. In the Chapter 11, Judge Russell will ask about the status
of filing of a plan, but I already filed a motion for an extension to file
the plan and it went unopposed. At this point, I cannot attend the two
hearings in L.A. as Judge Mund ordered me to appear personally in a
different case in Woodland Hills at the same time. I've been working on
resolving the issues in the Woodland Hills case to avoid having to go, but
haven't been able to do so yet.
