FW: Notice from the State Bar Insolvency Law Committee
This new acknowledgement language reflects the big change that will affect
our notarization of documents: we can no longer rely on personal knowledge
when notarizing a document. Even for mom, we have to get acceptable I.D.!
I can already feel fraud vanishing from our fair state as I write this.
