While reviewing my Prior email I realized that it could be construed to say
that Senator Wieckowski played a role in retaining the lobbyist. Obviously,
that did not happen. NACBA retained the lobbyist with the guidance and
advice of several California consumer bankruptcy attorneys. Sorry if that
caused any confusion
