ANNOUNCEMENT: Judge Zurzolo's NEW Ch13 calendar
Dear Colleagues!
Please note that Judge Zurzolo has changed his Ch13 Cf Calendar dates and times. Here is a summary of changes on the Judge Zurzolo's Chapter 13 calendar. After April 2016, the Court will hold Ch13 Cf Hrgs EVERY OTHER ("ODD") MONTHS for May forward. If you currently have a set cf hrg for an EVEN month after April 2016, your hrg will be re-scheduled (moved).
(1) Hearing dates for 2016
4/11/16
5/9/16
7/25/16
9/12/16
11/7/16
(There will be no hearings in even months for now on (For 2016, no hearings in June, August, October and December.)
(2) Hearing times
9:00 a.m. - first time confirmation hearings
10:15 a.m. - continued confirmation hearings
10:30 a.m. - miscellaneous motions
The Ch13 Trustee will start filing the notice of rescheduled hearing dates/ times shortly.
