Converting From CH13 to CH7
I am somewhat confused by the many forms floating around. There is also Form
3015-1.3 (Debtor's Request to Convert Chapter 13 Case To One Under Chapter 7
Pursuant To 11 U.S.C. Section 1307(a) in addition to F1017-1.4 that you
mention. Should I assume that I either form will do?

FYI - it's a notice of conversion, not a motion to convert. See Form

US Trustee position is that an updated/amended B22 is needed. Also, if it's
a 13 that was filed a while ago and the income and/or expenses are now
different, it wouldn't hurt to file an amended I/J to show the change of
circumstances that led to the conversion.

When you convert from Ch13 to Ch7, do we file any other documents besides
the motion to convert ? I don't see anything in the local rules other than
filing the motion to convert.
