The National Consumer Law Centers website is www.nclc.org
. They publish practitioners manuals in all
areas of consumer law. The manuals include numerous form pleadings and
letters which are a great help. The manuals are updated annually. They
are also reasonably priced. In addition they have a brief bank and an
annual consumer law conference and smaller mini conferences.

For the first time in 15 years of practice I have a Trustee in this
district refusing to allow a debtor who is living in a foreign country
(Australia) be examined by interrogatory rather than physically
appearing at the meeting.
Does anyone have a motion to require the Trustee to accommodate the
debtor?
Any other suggestions?
