Class 4 requires arrearages to be paid through the Plan.

Hey all,
Where do you classify a secured claim, NOT secured by debtor's principal residence (it's a rental property), that has NO arrearages and is NOT paid in full during the Plan? I can't find a class for it in our lovely form plan!
Do you just do direct pay and not classify it?
