taxes and 523 complaints to determine dischargeability
Hello:
Well, the first pleadings for our new pleadings bank are up.
I posted my 523 complaint v. the IRS, a stipulation re the
dischargeability of taxes, a form of judgment and a list of the
various places you have to serve the IRS.
Please post current motions, points and authorities, etc., to the
files section of these yahoo pages.
Look for the pleadings by clicking files, then clicking bankruptcy tax.
We can build a dynamic pleadings bank by uploading files. Please
don't be shy, we will all post stuff with typo's, etc., whomever uses
the files will be responsible for their use, and making sure they are
