Declaration re No Hearing on Ch. 13 Motion to Suspend Pay=
I just changed the form to the correct timing (in a VZ case). Order was entered without any problem.

I cannot find any form Declaration to be filed after expiration of the scream or die period (21+3 days) on a Motion under LBR 3015-1(n) or (w).
Is there one somewhere that I'm missing? There's one for the LBR 9013-1(o)(3) Motions, but those are different time periods.
